It was another football Saturday around our house. We mainly relaxed and hung out with the kids. We had wanted to let Oliver play in the leaves, so in the afternoon before the game started we headed outside.
Bella and I hung out on the blanket. At one point Colby was laying with us too. We were appropriately divided. We were the relaxers on the blanket and Jesse, Oliver, and Elle who were all playing around in the leaves were definitely the more active, dare I say hyperactive, ones in the family.
Oliver was also the acting leaf compacter. A job he loved so much that every time Jesse put him down he would whine and want to do it again again and again.
Last weekend we were actually up in Lincoln, braving the cold, to tailgate and hang out with our friends.
Can you tell Jesse was proud of his “Thumbs Up Red Hand”, he received at the tailgate? Unfortunately for Oliver it didn’t make it home.
Nice pictures of the kids enjoying a beautiful fall day...especially Oliver in the leaves! Looks like he's having a blast! (He made a cute compactor, as well, ha!)
