This morning was the first day Bella and Oliver got to open a gift from the advent tree.
Oliver did most of the work. And he seemed to enjoy opening the present.
But not too excited about what was actually in it.
Actually it doesn’t have much to do with the presents at all (which was Christmas pj’s and a book for both of them). Oliver was up for most of the night last night, along with mom and dad. He just wouldn’t go to sleep. We are pretty convinced his last set of molars are coming in and it’s definitely wrecking havoc on us here. And wouldn’t you know it that Bella actually didn’t cough her self awake the past two nights. See that’s how we roll, Bella doesn’t get up in the middle of the night, so Oliver does. I seriously need to become nocturnal.
Anyways, here are a few more pictures of the happy and not so happy kids sporting their new pjs.
Now it’s 7pm on Sunday night, and I’m thinking if I want any chance of functioning tomorrow, I best get myself to bed ASAP. Goodnight.
